Working Chance, a small but powerful award-winning charity, help women with convictions to find employment. They help women to turn their lives around and to find new hope and purpose. In doing so, they create economic as well as social value, because employment reduces reoffending (which costs the state £18 billion a year) and keeps people out of prison.

The charity are looking for a Grants & Relationship Fundraising Lead - an experienced relationship-based fundraiser with strong grants expertise to lead their fundraising, in partnership with the CEO and Senior Team. You'll be working closely with trusts and foundations, where most of their income currently comes from.

They also have exciting untapped potential around corporate income, given that they work closely with around 100 employers (of all sizes and from a wide range of sectors) to help them with their recruitment and CSR needs (through matching our clients with their roles). This potential might take the form of exploring grant or donation opportunities from corporates, as well as individual giving and fundraising by their employees, and other forms of philanthropy.

To find out more about the role and how you can really make your mark as a fundraiser, please download the full recruitment pack below. You will also find details of how to apply inclosed.

Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis, so please send in your CV and supporting statement as soon as you can.
