We invest net profits into progressive leadership programmes that help individuals build the skills and confidence to apply their experience in executive leadership or governance roles, allowing them to reach their full potential and make an impact.

We are ambitious to support the development of talented emerging or established leaders from underrepresented groups into executive and non-executive leadership positions – whether that be women, people of colour, those with disabilities or individuals from diverse socioeconomic or educational backgrounds. 

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to this ambition by partnering with We are Feminist Leaders, sponsoring leaders on their Feminist Leadership Programme over the last 3 years.

For those emerging leaders on previous cohorts, feedback has included:

With the new cohort starting in September 2024, we will be following their progress to understand how the programme has developed their approach to leadership moving forward and how they will apply that learning through their work and professional commitments.
