Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Location: London Hammersmith with travel across London and neighbouring counties
Contract: Fixed term contract maternity cover until October 2022.
Hours: 35 hour per week

Advance is going through a period of growth and transition and is looking for a senior leader who can support and drive the changes whilst our substantive director goes on maternity leave from October 2021 until October 2022. To ensure a smooth handover into the post and back to the substantive post holder, we are looking for candidates who are available during this period.
The organisation:
Advance leads national services as one of the largest providers of Criminal Justice Services to women. We support women across London and have recently won contracts which extend our reach across the South East of England, providing safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending. We also work with MOPAC in the provision of the Diversion project which offers officers and the Crown Prosecution Service a robust alternative pathway other than prosecution through the courts.
The role and what you will bring:
You will play a critical role in leading and managing our Criminal Justice Services across the charity, whilst contributing to the strategic vision and direction of Advance.
You will bring strong leadership skills, strong team management and change experience.
You will have the ability to lead national and regional services for Advance as one of the largest providers of CJ services to women.
You will be passionate about women’s needs and services led by and for women.
You will bring strong influencing skills and be able to deliver systemic change at Regional and National level
You will bring demonstrable experience of developing relationships with partners and funders, and the ability to represent Advance on service and policy development groups
